1. Purpose of these Guidelines

Our community should be a safe, fair and respectful place for everyone. These Community Guidelines explain what behavior is allowed,

what behavior is not allowed, and how reports, conflicts and violations may be handled.

These rules apply to all areas connected to United Gaming, including forums, chats, voice channels, private messages within our platforms,

profiles, usernames, avatars, signatures, events, groups, comments and any other community-related communication.

2. Respectful Conduct

All members must treat each other with respect. Different opinions, playstyles, experiences and backgrounds are part of a healthy community.

Discussions may be critical or direct, but they must remain respectful and constructive.

Not allowed:

• Insults, personal attacks or degrading comments
• Provocation intended to upset others
• Repeated disruption of discussions
• Mocking or humiliating other members
• Toxic behavior in games, chats, forums or voice channels
• Disrespectful behavior toward new members

3. Harassment, Bullying and Intimidation

Harassment, bullying and intimidating behavior are not tolerated. This includes repeated or targeted behavior that makes another person feel unsafe,

excluded, pressured or humiliated.

Examples include:

• Repeatedly contacting someone after they asked you to stop
• Targeted humiliation or public shaming
• Spreading rumors to damage someone’s reputation
• Encouraging others to harass a person
• Unwanted sexual comments or advances
• Abuse of roles, permissions or power within the community

Even if a single message may seem minor, repeated behavior can still be considered harassment.

4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that attacks, degrades, excludes or threatens people based on protected or personal characteristics is not allowed.

This includes content targeting:

• Ethnicity, nationality or origin
• Skin color
• Religion or belief
• Gender or gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability, illness or physical characteristics
• Age, language or social status

Not allowed:

• Racist, antisemitic or dehumanizing statements
• Discriminatory jokes, memes or symbols
• Extremist content, slogans or propaganda
• Calls for violence against groups or individuals
• Use of coded language intended to promote hate

5. Threats, Violence and Dangerous Behavior

Threats and calls for violence are prohibited. Members may not threaten, encourage or glorify harm against individuals, groups or organizations.

• Direct or indirect threats of violence
• Encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Glorifying real-world violence
• Threatening physical, psychological or financial harm
• Instructions for dangerous or illegal acts

If content suggests an immediate risk to a person, we may take appropriate action where necessary and legally permitted.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

Do not publish, share or threaten to share another person’s private information without permission.

Private information includes:

• Addresses, phone numbers or private email addresses
• IP addresses, login data or access credentials
• Private photos, videos or screenshots
• Information about workplace, school, family or location
• Personal data from external platforms

Doxxing, meaning collecting or publishing private information to harm, pressure or intimidate someone, is strictly prohibited.

7. Spam, Advertising and Unwanted Content

Our community is not a place for spam or unwanted advertising.

• Repeated posting of identical or similar content
• Advertising without permission
• Referral links, affiliate links or giveaway spam
• Phishing links or misleading redirects
• Automated messages or bots without approval
• Promotion of external communities or projects without permission

Self-promotion may be allowed if it is relevant, not intrusive and posted in the appropriate areas.

8. Fraud, Scamming and Impersonation

Fraudulent or deceptive behavior is prohibited.

• Scamming, phishing or identity theft
• Fake support messages or fake giveaways
• Pretending to be a staff member, moderator or partner
• Trading stolen accounts, items or keys
• Manipulating members for personal gain
• Sharing malicious files or links

9. Sexual Content

Our community should remain suitable for a broad audience. Explicit sexual content is not allowed.

• Pornographic content
• Explicit sexual descriptions
• Sexual harassment
• Sexually explicit avatars, usernames or signatures
• Sharing intimate images or videos
• Requests for intimate images or sexual acts

10. Protection of Minors

The protection of minors is especially important. Any behavior that exploits, sexualizes, endangers or manipulates minors is strictly prohibited.

• Sexual content involving minors
• Inappropriate contact with minors
• Grooming or attempts to exploit trust
• Requests for private or intimate information from minors
• Sharing, requesting or threatening intimate content

Reports involving the safety of minors may lead to immediate action.

11. Illegal Content and Unlawful Behavior

Content or actions that violate applicable law or promote unlawful activity are prohibited.

• Calls to commit crimes
• Illegal goods or services
• Cracks, stolen keys or illegal software
• Instructions for hacking, fraud or account theft
• Copyright-infringing material
• Extortion, threats or coercion

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Respect the rights of others. Do not publish or distribute content unless you have the necessary rights or permission.

• Images, graphics or logos without permission
• Music, videos or streams without authorization
• Copied texts, designs or code without permission
• Unauthorized use of trademarks or protected works

13. Usernames, Avatars, Profiles and Signatures

Usernames, profile pictures, status messages and signatures must also follow these guidelines.

• Offensive or discriminatory names are not allowed
• Extremist symbols or references are not allowed
• Sexually explicit profile content is not allowed
• Impersonating other members or staff is not allowed
• Misleading titles, roles or links are not allowed

14. Moderation and Possible Measures

We review reports based on context, evidence, severity, intent, impact, repeated behavior and the safety of the community.

Possible measures include:

• Notice or reminder
• Warning
• Removal or editing of content
• Temporary restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent exclusion from the community
• Removal of roles or permissions
• Action against alternate accounts

In serious cases, we may take immediate action without prior warning.

15. Reporting Violations

If you notice a possible violation of these Community Guidelines, you can report it to our Abuse Department.

Please include, if possible:

• A description of the incident
• The name or profile of the involved member
• Date and time of the incident
• Links, screenshots or other evidence
• Relevant context for the situation

Please note that a report does not automatically result in a sanction. Every case is reviewed based on the available information.

16. Appeals

If you disagree with a decision, you may contact us again by email. Please explain which decision you are referring to, why you believe it should be reviewed,

and whether you have additional evidence or information.

Appeals can be sent to abuse@united-gaming.org.

An appeal does not automatically mean that a decision will be changed, but we will review whether new information should be considered.

but they provide a clear foundation for a safe and enjoyable community environment.
